‘Wonder Woman: The Golden Age’ Omnibus Vol. 5 Continues Earliest Tales of Princess Diana

DC Comics continues to add to their Wonder Woman: The Golden Age Omnibus series with Volume 5 this November.

Volume 5 collects Sensation Comics #90-104 and Wonder Woman #35-47.

The stories are written by Wonder Woman creator William Moulton Marston, Joye Murchison, Robert Kanigher, and Sheldon Mayer, with art by Harry G. Peter.

The latest set of stories focuses on Wonder Woman’s adventures from the late 1940s to the early 1950s and features tales with such titles as “The Girl Who Saved Paradise Island”, “The Fatal Beauty”, “Wonder Woman’s Romantic Rival”, and many more.

The collection has a decided focus on romance with adversaries such as giants, cave men, dinosaurs, and dragons for the Amazonian princess to defeat.

With the Wonder Woman: The Silver Age Omnibus series in full swing, it looks like it will take one or two more volumes to complete the Golden Age series to bridge the gap between the two eras.

The Omnibus consists of 688 pages for a suggested retail price of $150.00.
