Maybe the latest trailer for Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins (starring Henry Golding as the G.I. Joe team’s resident ninja) should have been called “Without the Mask”.
Even if you prefer the black-suited Snake Eyes’ patented visor, the action does seem to be plentiful in the new film by director Robert Schwentke. There is also plenty of dialogue between ninja blood brother Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow in the latest trailer, as well as glimpses of Scarlett and the Baroness.
Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins also stars Andrew Koji as Storm Shadow, Úrsula Corberó as Baroness, Samara Weaving as Scarlett, Haruka Abe as Akiko, Tahehiro Hira as Kenta and Iko Uwais as Hard Master.
Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins will premiere in theatres on July 23.
