The larger-than-life Hulk gets shrunk down to Marvel Premiere Collection size in the new Planet Hulk Collection.
Planet Hulk collects The Incredible Hulk #92-105 and Giant Size Hulk #1 by Greg Pak, Carlo Pagulayan, Michael Avon Oeming, Alex Nino, Marshall Rogers, Gary Frank, Jeffrey Huet, Michael Allred, Tom Palmer, Jon Sibal, Aaron Lopresti, Danny Miki, and Sandu Florea.
The story that eventually led to the Hulk’s revenger tour in World War Hulk, finds the Jade Giant in full Conan the Barbarian-mode on the planet Sakaar, where he is forced into slavery and gladiatorial games by Sakaar’s ruler, the Red King.
Hulk (also known as Green Scar on Sakaar) teams up with a set of fellow gladiators named Miek, No-Name, Korg, Hiroim, Elloe, and Skee to take back the planet and plot revenge against those heroes who exiled the Hulk into space.
The Marvel Premier Collection also includes an introduction by Greg Pak.
The just slightly bigger than standard Manga trim size and DC’s Compact Comics line, the 6″ x 9″ collections are designed to appeal to readers of novels and manga looking to explore some of Marvel’s most famous storylines and characters.
The Planet Hulk Marvel Premier Collection consists of 352 pages for a suggested retail price of $14.99.
