The “ever-lovin’ blue-eyed” Thing finally gets his own team-up Omnibus presenting classic 1970’s pairings with a cavalcade of Marvel stars in the Marvel Two-in-One Omnibus Vol.1.
The action gets underway in 1973 with Marvel Feature #11-12, and continues with Marvel Two-in-One #1-20, 22-36, Marvel Two-in-One Annual #1, and crossovers stories in Fantastic Four Annual #11 and Spidey’s Marvel-Team-Up #47 (including a a three-part Liberty Legion/Invaders time travel story).
All stories in the Omnibus are written by Marv Wolfman, Roy Thomas, Bill Mantlo, Jim Shooter, Len Wein, Mike Friedrich, Steve Gerber, Chris Claremont, Scott Edelman, Tony Isabella, and Roger Slifer.
Blockbuster art is provided by John Buscema, Sal Buscema, Marie Severin, Ernie Chan, Sam Grainger, Pablo Marcos, George Roussos, Jim Starlin, Gil Kane, George Tuska, Herb Trimpe, Bob Brown, Arvell Jones, Klaus Janson, Ron Wilson, Jim Mooney, Dick Giordano, Vince Colletta, Don Heck, Jack Abel, Joe Giella, Frank Giacoia, Mike Esposito, John Tartaglione, Dan Adkins, and Joe Sinnott.

Also, if you’re wondering why Marvel Two-in-One #21 is not included in the Omnibus, it is due to the fact the Doc Savage is no longer licensed by Marvel Comics.
The Marvel Two-in-One Omnibus Vol.1 will be available on June 25 and consists of 888 pages for a suggested retail price of $100.00.
Check out the two covers below by Gil Kane and John Romita, Sr. featuring Man-Thing and the comic shop variant by John Buscema and Mike Esposito starring Captain America and the Guardians of the Galaxy and stay tuned to Conskipper for all of your vintage comic news.
