The new printing (originally released in 2017) collects Justice League of America #77-113, originally published from the start of 1970 to the end of 1974.
All stories are written by Denny O’Neil, Mike Friedrich, Len Wein, Robert Kanigher, and Gardner Fox, with art by Dick Dillin, Neal Adams, Murphy Anderson, Ross Andru, Nick Cardy, Carmine Infantino, Gil Kane, Mike Sekowsky, Joe Giella, Dick Giordano, and Bernard Sachs.
The Justice League of America relocates from their secret New England cave base to their well-known satellite head quarters. and rushes headlong into the Bronze Age with five Justice Society of America team-ups, encounters with Seven Soldiers of Victory and the Freedom Fighters, and battle against Felix Faust, Solomon Grundy, the Shaggy Man, and Amazo.
The Justice League of America (and most of DC’s other titles) attempt to get with the times with stories involving political corruption, civil unrest, and pollution.
The Omnibus also includes the original foreword by Roy Thomas.
The original JLA Bronze Age Omnibus series finished in 2021 with Vol. 3, so look for reprints of both volumes 2 and 3 in the future.
Justice League of America: The Bronze Age Omnibus Vol. 1 consists of 856 pages for a suggested retail price of $125.00.
