The writing team responsible for Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters turn their attention to classic 1950’s sci-fi with an update of Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman, to be directed by Tim Burton.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Danya Jimenez and Hannah McMechan will pen the screenplay of Tim Burton’s reimagining of the 1958 drive-in staple.
Jimenez and McMechan told THR, “We’re obsessed with the idea of a fifty-foot woman wreaking havoc because a man did her dirty. We have a feeling a lot of people will relate.”
