‘The Lord of the Rings’ Trilogy Returns to Theaters for ‘The Fellowship of the Ring’s’ 25th Anniversary

One of Fathom Entertainment’s most popular events returns for the 25th Anniversary of the original Lord of the Rings film, The Fellowship of the Ring, in January.

All three of the Extended Editions of Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings Trilogy will screen over the course of two weekends, starting on January 16 and culminating on January 25.

The films will screen in order on three consecutive days, starting on each Friday and ending on each Sunday. Some markets will also have additional showings, so check your local listings.

The Fellowship of the RingThe Two Towers, and The Return of the King will also play in select theaters with D-Box technology.

The rerelease of the trilogy marks the third consecutive year that the perennial favorites have returned to the silver screen.
