Cinemark is happy to let popcorn gluttons indulge in their favorite snack again with 2026’s BYOBucket event on January 18 and 19.
BYOBucket 2 encourages popcorn fans to bring their own “bucket” (400oz or less) for a $5 fill-up including new co-sponsor Lowe’s 5-gallon blue bucket.
Please remember that all buckets must be clean and sanitized for use, and guests who bring in the Lowe’s bucket must utilize the provided food-grade liner, as the blue buckets are not suitable for storing food (who knew!).
In the same vein, Cinemark reserves the right to refuse any bucket deemed unsanitary or a potential health risk.
As part of the event, fans will also save 10% off online gift card orders and can also check Cinemark’s IG and X for a chance to win a free large popcorn.
