Scrooge McDuck makes his Marvel comic book debut in Uncle $crooge and the Infinity Dime #1 this summer.
The over-sized one-shot will be written by Jason Aaron with a variety of different artists bringing Uncle Scrooge to life, following up on nearly 80 years of the thrifty millionaire’s comic book adventures.
The new story sees Scrooge embark on a cosmic quest to locate his stolen money bin, with special appearances by Scrooge’s nephew, Donald Duck, grandnephews, Huey, Duey, and Louie, and his supporting cast of characters, including Gyro Gearloose.
In addition to the new story, Infinity Dime will also include Carl Barks’ Christmas on Bear Mountain which features Scrooge’s first comic book appearance in 1947’s Four Color Comics #178 (published by Dell Comics).

It’s one of the most mind-staggering thrills of my career to get to craft this epic cosmic adventure for the World’s Richest Duck, one that looks to honor the character’s legendary history while taking him to some wild, new, unexplored places in the way that only Marvel can deliver.”

Uncle $crooge and the Infinity Dime #1 will arrive in stores on June 19 with a cover by Lorenzo Pastrovicchio and one by Alex Ross.
