Steve Ditko’s ‘Creepy’ Stories Now Available in New Trade Paperback Edition

Steve Ditko’s foray into black and white horror is presented again in a new trade paperback edition of Creepy Presents: Steve Ditko.

The collection (originally released in a hardcover format in 2013) includes terrifying artwork by Ditko and writing by Archie Goodwin, Terry Bisson, and Clark Dimond, with a foreword by Mark Evanier.

All of Ditko’s stories from Creepy and Eerie (sixteen in total) are provided once again in the Dark Horse Comics collection, highlighting Ditko’s instantly recognizable pen and ink illustrations, with even some rarely seen ink wash work from the artist.

Other former hardcover editions dedicated to the work of Alex Toth, Bernie Wrightson, and Richard Corben were recently resurrected as trade paperbacks as well.

The oversized (8.5″ X 11″) trade paperback edition consists of 136 pages for a suggested retail price of $24.99.
