Richard Corben’s ‘Creepy’ Stories Rereleased in New Trade Paperback Edition

The Creepy Presents: Richard Corben collection rises from the grave in the form of a new trade paperback edition.

The collection, originally released in a hardcover format in 2012, includes countless tales of terror by the legendary artist, in collaboration with writers such as Donald F. McGregor, T. Casey Brennan, Greg Potter, Doug Moench, Bill DuBay, Steve Skeates, Rich Margopoulos, Jim Stenstrum, Gerry Boudreau, Budd Lewis, Bruce Jones, Roger McKenzie, Nicola Cuti, Jan Strnad, Gerry Conway, and Jack Butterworth.

Corben’s Creepy and Eerie anthology stories and cover illustrations are accompanied by a foreword by artist and comic book colorist José Villarrubia, who also provides color restorations for the collection.

Corben’s original Warren stories and his Edgar Allan Poe adaptations are the main event (our favorite being the shark-filled “In Deep” story by Corben and Jones), with a wide cross-section of color and black and white material for the long-time fan or new convert.

Creepy Presents: Richard Corben consists of 352 pages for a suggested retail price of $29.99.
