Dark Horse Brings ‘Creepy Presents’ Editions to Trade Paperback

Dark Horse Books will reissue their popular, and long sold out, Creepy Presents artist spotlights in a new paperback format starting in the winter of 2025.

The former hardcover editions will begin with new paperback editions of Creepy Presents: Alex Toth and Creepy Presents: Bernie Wrightson in December 2025 and February 2026, respectively.

Each volume will spotlight an individual artist’s work in Creepy and Eerie, collecting everything they published between the two magazines.

Creepy Presents: Alex Toth starts with an introduction by Douglas Wolk and the stories feature collaborations with Archie Goodwin, Doug Moench, and Carmine Infantino among others

Creepy Presents: Bernie Wrightson also begins with an introduction, this time by Bruce Jones, and includes collaborations with Jones, Infantino, Howard Chaykin, Nicola Cuti, Bill DuBa, Budd Lewis, and Walt Simonson.

Wrightson enthusiasts will be happy to see the infamous “Jenifer” and Wrightson’s full-color story “The Muck Monster,” as well as adaptations of Edgar Allan Poe and H.P. Lovecraft stories.

Future reissued editions will highlight both Richard Corben and Steve Ditko once again.

Creepy Presents: Alex Toth will be available on December 2 and consists of 168 pages for a suggested retail price of $24.99.

Creepy Presents: Bernie Wrightson will be released on February 4, 2026, and consists of 144 pages for a suggested retail price of $24.99.
