Comedian and paranormal enthusiast Matt Rife has officially purchased Ed and Lorraine Warren‘s Occult Museum, including the infamous Annabelle Doll and all the other reputedly haunted objects.
Rife made the announcement via instagram and stated that “I have officially purchased Ed and Lorraine Warren’s home and Occult Museum, including being the legal guardian for at least the next 5 years, of the entire haunted collection including THE ANNABELLE DOLL, with my good friend @eltoncastee!!”
Rife also announced that “We plan to open the house for overnight stays and museum tours so you yourself can experience and learn all the haunted history surrounding this amazing place.”
Tony Spera, the son-in-law of Ed and Lorraine Warren and caretaker of the Warren legacy and museum, previously held tours of the museum until 2019, when the town of Monroe put a stop to the activities, stating that the residential neighborhood was not zoned or approved for a museum.
Rife recently appeared on an episode of Discovery’s Ghost Adventures with fellow museum owner Zak Bagans and the Ghost Adventures team on an investigation of Whiskey Pete’s, an abandoned casino and hotel in Nevada.
