DC’s Doom Patrol bust into the Silver Age of comics in the new World’s Strangest Heroes DC Finest collection.
DC Finest: Doom Patrol: World’s Strangest Heroes collects My Greatest Adventure #80-85, Doom Patrol #86-102, The Brave and the Bold #65, Challengers of the Unknown #48, and Teen Titans #6.
All of the stories starring the Chief, Robotman, Negative Man, and Elasti-Girl are written by Arnold Drake and Bob Haney with art by Bruno Premiani, Bob Brown, Dick Giordano, Sal Trapani, Bill Molno, and George Roussos.
The odd heroes also face some strange villains in the form of General Immortus, Monsieur Mallah and the Brain, Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man, the Brotherhood of Evil, and more Silver Age weirdos.
Future Teen Titan Beast Boy also shows up for the first time in the new collection.
DC Finest: Doom Patrol: World’s Strangest Heroes consists of 624 pages for a suggested retail price of $39.99.
