Speed Racer crosses the finish line in the new Mad Cave Studios series by David Pepose and Davide Tinto!
The new comic series takes its inspiration from Tatsuo Yoshida’s classic manga/anime, MachGoGoGo (better known to Western audiences as Speed Racer), and keeps many of the classic elements and also brings the story “up to speed”.
With the first issue of Speed Racer now in stores and issue two on the way on August 27, we thought it was a good time to speak to Pepose about the new series and his take on the racing, characters, and all the fun one expects from a Speed Racer comic.
