Rom the Spaceknight comes to the Epic Collection line with his first volume of adventures on Earth and in space.
Rom: The Original Marvel Years Epic Collection includes Rom the Spaceknight #1-20 by Bill Mantlo, Sal Buscema, Joe Sinnott, Al Milgrom, and Frank Giacoia, published from 1979 to 1981.
The initial Epic Collection explains the origins of Rom and his fellow Space Knights of Galador and their never-ending battle with the Dire Wraiths, and fully incorporates the chrome-plated hero into the Marvel Universe with guest appearances by the Uncanny X-Men, S.H.I.E.L.D, and Jack of Hearts, and villains like the Mad Thinker and the Space Phantom.
The entire Rom run was recently collected in a series of three Omnibus editions after Marvel and Hasbro reached a new licensing agreement concerning the financial affairs of the Spaceknight.
Rom: The Original Marvel Years Epic Collection consists of 432 pages for a suggested cover price of $49.99.
