Justin Long and Celebrity Authentics have joined forces to give fans an opportunity to bid on autographed memorabilia for a great cause. Long will auction personally-owned, autographed memorabilia in Celebrity Authentics’ Premium Auction 30 to benefit The Girls Home.
The auction will feature several key pieces from Long’s prolific career, including his personal script from Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, and wardrobe from Waiting… and Jeepers Creepers. The Anchorman script is especially significant because it is also signed by Will Ferrell, Chris Parnell, Christina Applegate, Fred Willard, Paul Rudd, and David Koechner. All of the proceeds from Long’s lots will benefit The Girls Home in Granada Nicaragua, Central America. Celebrity Authentics will also be auctioning other signed pieces from stars such as Brie Larson, Gal Gadot, Harrison Ford, and more; and a portion of the proceeds from those lots will also benefit The Girls Home.

In their auction listings, Celebrity Authentics states that, “The Girls Home houses 45 girls who are cared for and supported throughout their childhood. The girls are social orphans, not able to stay with their families due to distinctive circumstances. The purpose of The Girls Home is to protect, nurture and educate these girls in order for them to have a chance of a better life in the years ahead of them. The home teaches not only the girls how to strive for a better future but holds workshops with the parents to help them with better childcare.”
Justin Long filmed a brief video to announce the auction:
The auction is currently open for advance bidding on the Celebrity Authentics Auctions website. Live bidding begins on Saturday, July 25th, 2020 at 2:00 PM EST.
