Ghost Rider and Wolverine Team-Up Again in Benjamin Percy and Geoff Shaw’s ‘Weapons of Vengeance’ Crossover

Benjamin Percy channels the bombastic ’90s for his upcoming Ghost Rider/Wolverine crossover entitled Weapons of Vengeance.

Percy will be joined by Geoff Shaw in August’s prequel, Ghost Rider/Wolverine: Weapons of Vengeance Alpha, beginning with a trip even further back in time to the ’70s for the initial meeting between Logan, Johnny Blaze, and an ancient supernatural threat.

After the trip down memory lane, lo and behold, the demonic force arrives once again to menace Ghost Rider and Wolverine, which leads them to the secretive and equally diabolical Weapons Plus program.

After the Alpha one-shot, the story continues in Ghost Rider #17 and Wolverine #36, and ends in another one-shot entitled Weapons of Vengeance Omega.

Percy says that the new series (and Wolverine and Ghost Rider) are extremely “Metal” and described his role in the creative collaboration with Shaw, as the one who writes “…the sheet music that Geoff Shaw brings to pyrotechnic, guitar-smashing life. You’re in for a head-banging good time, I promise.”
