Brian Michael Bendis follows up on his original autobiographical comic about his initial experiences with Hollywood adaptations of his work in Fortune and Glory: The Musical.
And if you thought Bendis’ first experiences were strange, frustrating, and hilarious, the follow up to Fortune and Glory (with art by Bill Walko) revisits a time when the writer was redefining Spider-Man in Ultimate Spider-Man, and a Broadway producer called to get him to provide his “expertise” on the ill-fated Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark musical.
The Fortune and Glory: The Musical trade paperback consists of 144 pages for a suggested retail price of $19.99.
After a long delay, Bendis’ sequel from Dark Horse Books is now available in bookstores and will be available in comic shops on January 22.
