Ed Brisson and Francesco Manna deliver another adventure-filled and terrifying tale from Marvel Comics in the upcoming four-issue Predator: The Last Hunt mini-series.
Brisson and Manna reunite (originally working together on Old Man Logan in 2018) for the next chapter in Marvel’s Predator comics with the continuation of Brisson’s Theta saga.
The deadly and resourceful Theta continues her quest to eradicate the Yautja (known to the layman as “Predators”) and avenge the death of her parents at their hands.
The latest adventure sees Theta entering one of the Predators’ game preserves in an attempt to free their human captors.
Brisson said “This is a book I love dearly. I’m proud of the work we’ve done in the past two volumes and think readers will be excited to see where we’re headed in this third volume. The stakes are higher than they’ve ever been.”
Marvel took over the Predator license from Dark Horse in 2020 and began publishing the 20th Century Studios series in 2022.
Brisson also teased that “We have a fun surprise in store for long-time fans of the Predator comics, but that’s about as much as I’ll say on it for now!”
