Following chronologically after August’s Doctor Strange: Infinity War Epic Collection comes the eleventh volume in the Strange series entitled Nightmare on Bleecker Street.
The Epic Collection picks up with Doctor Strange #48-61 and Doctor Strange Annual #3, and additional tie-in Doctor Strange stories from Morbius the Living Vampire #9, Marvel Comics Presents #146, and Marvel Super Heroes #12 and 14.
The majority of the stories are by Len Kaminski, Roy Thomas, and Geof Isherwood, with additional work by Gregory Wright, David Quinn, Stuart Hopen, Jean-Marc Lofficier, Randy Lofficier, Sholly Fisch, Ron Wagner, Mel Rubi, Frank Lopez, Mike Witherby, Brian Postman, Greg LaRocque, Jerry Acerno, Vince Colletta, Bob Petrecca, Charles Barnett, Alfredo Alcala, Don Hudson, Sandu Florea, Fred Harper, Dave Simons, and Armando Gil represented in the collection
Highlights in the collection (containing stories from 1992-94) include Strange’s loss of his mystical powers, Clea’s freeing of the dread Dormammu, a Defenders reunion, Nightmare’s return, Strange’s confrontation with Morbius, a team-up with the Midnight Sons against Lilith, and the requisite Infinity Crusade tie-ins.
The Doctor Strange: Nightmare on Bleecker Street Epic Collection comes with 488 pages for a suggested retail price of $44.99.
