Venture back to 2016 when DC Rebirth rebooted the DC Universe once again and started Tom King, David Finch, Mikel Janín, Mitch Gerads, and Jason Fabok’s Batman run in the new Batman by Tom King collection.
The Batman by Tom King Book One collection includes the story arcs “I Am Gotham” “I Am Suicide,” “Rooftops,” “I Am Bane,” and the Batman/Flash team-up “The Button”.
This volume collects Batman: Rebirth #1, Batman #1-6, #9-22, The Flash #21-22 (by Joshua Williamson and Howard Porter), and the much less serious Batman/Elmer Fudd Special #1 (by King and Lee Weeks).
Batman #7-8 are missing from Book One, which were part of the “Night of the Monster Men” six-issue crossover in Batman, Nightwing, and Detective Comics by King, Steve Orlando, James Tynion IV, Riley Rossmo, Roge Antonia, and Andy MacDonald.
Batman by Tom King Book One consists of 560 pages for a suggested retail price of $49.99.
