‘Watch Out for Bullseye’ in New Daredevil Epic Collection

Even though he only shows up at the very end of the collection, Bullseye hits the mark as the most prominent villain in the latest Daredevil Epic Collection, even grabbing top billing in the title.

The Daredevil: Watch Out for Bullseye Epic Collection consists of Daredevil #108-132 and Marvel Two-in-One #3’s team-up with the ever lovin’, blue-eyed Thing.

The issues span over three years of stories (beginning in 1973 and ending in 1976) and represent work by some of the best Marvel talent of the day such as Steve Gerber, Chris Claremont, Gerry Conway, Tony Isabella, Len Wein, Marv Wolfman, Gene Colan, Sal Buscema, John Romita, Sr., Paul Gulacy, Don Heck, Frank Chiaramonte, Jim Mooney, Frank Giacoia, Vince Colletta, Klaus Janson, Bob Brown, and Joe Sinnott.

Daredevil is joined by crime-fighting associate the Black Widow for most of the collection as well as Shanna the She-Devil (who takes up residency in the concrete jungle for a brief time). The trio take on the ominous Black Spectre organization, and many other sadistic villains besides Bullseye such as the Gladiator, the Owl, the Beetle, the Mandrill, Black Wing, Man-Bull, Torpedo, and Death-Stalker. Daredevil even combines forces with S.H.I.E.L.D.to oppose a new version of Hydra.

Watch Out for Bullseye includes 528 pages for a suggested retail price of $49.99.
