Mad Cave continues to mine classic, long-standing characters in Ray Fawkes and Russell Olson’s new The Phantom series.
The news series (which debuts on September 24) is rooted in almost 90 years of The Phantom stories, with plenty of familiar locales and elements and a 21st century sensibility.
