The Original X-Men team continues to lead the way for mutantkind in the new X-Factor Vol. 2 Omnibus.
X-Factor: The Original X-Men Omnibus Vol. 2 collects X-Factor #27-50, X-Factor Annual #3-4, X-Terminators #1-4, The Uncanny X-Men #240-243, The New Mutants #76, and Fantastic Four #342.
The omnibus also includes the “Atlantis Attacks” story from The New Mutants Annual #5 and Marvel Comics Presents #15 (a one-shot Phoenix tale) and 17-24 (Cyclops’ eight-part “The Retribution Affair” storyline).
All stories are written by Louise Simonson, Chris Claremont, John Byrne, Bob Harras, Kieron Dwyer, Danny Fingeroth, Walt Simonson, Mark Gruenwald, Tom DeFalco, Ralph Macchio, Peter Sanderson, Judith Kurzer Bogdanove, and Bobbie Chase.

The second Omnibus in the X-Factor series highlights include the seven-part “Judgment War” storyline and 1989’s “Inferno” mutant crossover event.
While the bulk of the collection focuses on the aforementioned storylines (which saw the team battle demons and Scott Summers’ estranged wife Madelyne Pryor-otherwise known as the Goblin Queen-for the soul of their son Nathan and embark on a Celestial battle through space on distant planets) other notable moments include the return of Mister Sinister, a Christmas story, a disagreement with the Avengers, and the return of the loveable and furry blue Beast.
X-Factor: The Original X-Men Omnibus Vol. 1 was released in 2024.
