The first half of Mark Waid’s six year “run” on The Flash gets collected in The Flash Omnibus by Mark Waid this November.
The Omnibus contains The Flash #62-91, The Flash Annual #4-6, and crossover issues from Green Lantern #30-31 and 40, The Flash Special (1990), and Justice League Quarterly #10.
The collection includes some of the best stories from an era not known for strong scripts, with Waid detailing the adventures of the former Kid Flash, Wally West, and his colorful rogue’s gallery.
In addition to Waid, writers such as Craig Boldman, Gerard Jones, Len Strazewski, and William Messner-Loebs contribute to the collection (through the various crossover issues) and Waid works with well over two dozen artists including Greg LaRoque, Michael Collins, Mike Wieringo, Travis Charest, Michael T. Collins, Paris Cullins, Carmine Infantino, Grant Miehm, Irv Novick, Mike Parobeck, M.D. Bright, Phil Hester, Claude ST. Aubin, Sal Vellutto, Patrick Zircher, Barry Kitson, Rob Haynes, Kris Renkewitz, Jose Marzan Jr., Roy Richardson, Dan Davis, Tim Dzon, Dick Giordano, Joe Rubinstein, Scott Hanna, John Lowe, Andrew Pepoy, Aaron McClellan, Romeo Tanghal, Ian Akin, Ken Branch, and Mike Deodato, Jr, in this mammoth 1,088 page tome.
