The small, but mighty adventures of the Micronauts conclude in the Micronauts: The Original Marvel Years Omnibus Vol. 3.
Original writer Bill Mantlo wraps up his four-and-a-half year run on the series in Micronauts #55-58 (along with artists Jackson “Butch” Guice, Sam Grainger, and Kelley Jones), before turning over the keys of the Microverse to writer Peter B. Gillis in Micronauts #59 and the relaunched Micronauts: The New Voyages #1-20.
Gillis, Jones, Bruce Patterson, Rod Whigham, Danny Bulanadi, and Howard Bender wrap up the rest of the the original Marvel stories by 1986, allowing the characters to remain stagnant until their brief Image Comics resurrection in 2002, and subsequent series at Devil’s Due and IDW.
Micronauts: The Original Marvel Years Omnibus Vol. 3 will be in stores on January 1, 2025 and consists of 712 pages for a suggested retail price of $125.00.
