Mezco Toyz Static Six ‘Conan the Cimmerian’ Statue: The Conskipper Review

Mezco continues their successful Conan the Barbarian line with a new Mezco’s Static Six premium 1:6 scale statue based on the type of classic illustrations that have adorned dozens of Robert E. Howard novels over the years.

As usual, the Conan statue is incredibly detailed, with a variety of head and hand sculpts, mixed media armor, weapons, and accessories that allow fans to create the perfect version of the man from the North.

Even the base of the statue captures the dangerous climes of Cimmeria with a snowy precipice filled with skulls at Conan’s feet.

For fans unfamiliar with the Static Six Line, the number of parts and options can be a bit laborious and time-consuming to assemble, but the good news is that parts like the helmeted head vs. the scowling Conan face or the sword vs. the axe are easily swapped out once the figure has been fully assembled.

Mezco’s Static Six Conan the Cimmerian statue measure 12″ (15″ on base) x 10″ x 11″ and weighs in at eight pounds.

For a retail price of $225, the statue is a reasonably priced collectible, and much cheaper than similar ones produced by other companies.
