We here at Conskipper just got our hands on the new Mezco Toyz One:12 Collective Green Goblin action figure, and it is out of this world! This figure is loaded with detail that collectors would be lucky to find in pieces two or three times its size. Mezco continues to astonish with unrivaled quality, poseability, and textures in their One:12 Collective line. This is simply the definitive Steve Ditko/Stan Lee era Green Goblin, and it comes with so many accessories that fans can own and display this in any way they’d like. The box captures that classic Marvel Comics feel, and its packing a lot of punch inside its walls!
Options are what this figure is all about, and this becomes apparent the moment you unpack the various levels of packaging inside the box:
I was immediately drawn to the sheer number of head, hand, and pumpkin bomb options which are available when posing this figure. The glider and the hands with three different types of custom bombs are the cherry on top!
The textures of the Green Goblin’s costume really make this so much more than a traditional action figure. Not only do the colors pop in classic comic book fashion, but the green arm and leg coverings have a scaly reptilian feel to them which looks great and makes for a great tactile experience when posing the figure.
My personal favorite touch is all of the heads which are included in this set. In addition to a Goblin expression for every scenario, you also get two classic Norman Osborn heads and a loose “headless” mask for him to hold.
I love how the colors on the stand are just as dramatic and vivid as what can be found on the figure itself. I also love how the stand can transform to shift between traditional standing displays and incredible aerial poses.
I can honestly say I’ve never been this impressed or had this much fun with an action figure of this kind! Everything about it is the highest quality possible and there is just so much in the package that every collector is going to be happy with it. If you’re going to add one Green Goblin item to your collection, it should be this Mezco Toyz One:12 Collective version, hands down. Nothing out there is more deserving of your shelf space!
