Marvel Comics Annihilation sequel begins in the new Annihilation: Conquest Prologue Modern Era Epic Collection.
The new Modern Era Epic Collection includes 2007’s Annihilation: Conquest Prologue, Annihilation: Conquest Star-Lord #1-4, Annihilation: Conquest Quasar #1-4, Nova #1-7, and Annihilation Saga.
All stories are written by Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning, Keith Giffen, Christos Gage, and Michael Hoskin, with art by Michael Perkins, Timothy Green II, Mike Lilly, Sean Chen, and Brian Denham.
The first stage of the story begins in the aftermath of the Annihilation War, with check-ins on Nova, Ronan the Accuser, Peter Quill aka Star-Lord, the new Quasar (and daughter of Captain Mar-Vell) Phyla-Vell, Moondragon, the Kree Empire, and the arrival of the Phalanx as the next big threat to the Marvel Universe.
The Annihilation: Conquest Omnibus (which contains the entire space epic) was released in 2025 (as well as the third edition of the original Annihilation Omnibus).
The Annihilation: Conquest Prologue Modern Era Epic Collection consists of 440 pages for a suggested retail price of $49.99.
