Marv Wolfman and George Pérez’s History of the DC Universe returns in a brand new hardcover edition with a cover by Alex Ross.
The two-issue prestige format series from 1986 contains an introduction by Wolfman and an afterword by Frank Miller.
History of the DC Universe was last published as a trade paperback in 2009 (with the same Ross cover). Previous editions include a 2002 trade paperback and a limited edition hardcover edition from way back in 1988 (which was limited to 10,000 copies and contained a number of essays by legendary creators such as Neal Adams, Julius Schwartz, Jerry Siegel, Bob Kane, Joe Kubert, Roy Thomas, Paul Levitz, Len Wein, Jack Kirby, additional artwork, and a fold-out poster).
The new edition again consists of 128 pages for a suggested retail price of $24.99.
