Mark Russell and Mike Allred, the Eisner-nominated team behind DC Comics’ “real world” Superman: Space Age limited series, team up again in March for Batman: Dark Age.
The six-issue series will follow the same format as Space Age, with the Dark Knight inserted into a historical context, combining the adventures of Batman with real world events.
Russell and Allred are joined by colorist Laura Allred and letterer David Sharpe on Batman: Dark Age.
Batman: Dark Age #1 will be available at your favorite comic shop on March 26, 2024, with covers by Allred (main cover and a 1:25 variant), Yanick Paquette, and Frank Quitel.
