Green Arrow is on trial in his latest DC Finest collection.
DC Finest: Green Arrow: The Trial of Oliver Queen collects Green Arrow #9-20, The Question Annual #2, Green Arrow Annual #2, and Secret Origins #38.
In addition to all of the Green Arrow stories, The Trial of Oliver Queen also includes the never-before-reprinted Black Canary tales from Action Comics #609-616 and 624-635.
All stories are written by Mike Grell, Dennis O’Neil, Elliot Maggin, and Sharon Wright, with art by Ed Hannigan, Dick Giordano, Dan Jurgens, Frank McLaughlin, Bill Wray, John Koch, John Nyberg, Randy DuBurke, and Pablo Marcos.
Mike Grell’s no-nonsense version of Green Arrow continues his quest for justice on the Streets of Seattle, when the CIA blackmails Oliver Queen into taking up a mission to find the elusive archer Shado, with some surprising twists and turns along the way.
Another highlight of the DC Finest collection is 1989’s Question/Green Arrow Annual crossover, a follow-up to 1988’s Question, Batman, and Green Arrow team-up titled “Fables”.
The first part of Grell’s reinvention of the Emerald Archer was released in 2025 as DC Finest: Green Arrow: The Longbow Hunters.
The Trial of Oliver Queen consists of 640 pages for a suggested retail price of $39.99.
