Food Network has another full loot bag of treats for viewers this season, with the return of many Halloween favorites. All programs will air both on Food Network and discovery+.
Food Network’s Halloween flagship, the Halloween Baking Championship, returns once again on Monday, September 12 at 9 p.m. John Henson hosts the eight week season, and welcomes back Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall and Zac Young, as they put all of this year’s contestants through a series of haunted, harrowing, and delicious dessert challenges to earn the title of Halloween Baking Champion (and, new this year, an all-expense trip to the 10 most haunted hotels in America).
Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans is also back to terrorize contestants in Halloween Wars, starting on Sunday, September 18 at 9 p.m. Nine teams of cake, sugar and pumpkin artists will compete over the course of eight episodes, judged by perennial favorites Eddie Jackson (the on-set host of Halloween Wars), Shinmin Li, and Aarti Sequeira. This season’s team not only gets to walk around with the Halloween Wars Championship title, but they will also all receive a trip to Paris, France.
Pumpkin carvers will be put to the test during Outrageous Pumpkins, a new, four week long pumpkin contest (premiering on Sunday, September 25 at 10 p.m.). Host Sunny Anderson and judges Terri Hardin and Paul Dever will determine which competitor earns the Outrageous Pumpkins Championship belt.

Back to the edible contests, Halloween Cookie Challenge begins on Monday, September 26 at 10 p.m., with Rosanna Pansino and Jet Tila putting five bakers through their paces over the course of six episodes, to crown the best Halloween Cookie master in the land.
Last, but not least, the one hour special, Kids Baking Championship: Trick or Eat, debuts on Monday, October 17 at 8 p.m., as four pre-teen bakers (from last season’s Kids Baking Championship) are challenged by Duff Goldman and Maneet Chauhan to create a “Halloween Mask Pie”, using the ingredients the bakers collect by trick-or-treating. The winning baker will receive a $10,000 prize package of baking tools and equipment that they can put to good use in the future.
Be sure to continue to check Conskipper for further updates leading up to discovery+’s annual Ghostober Event for even more Halloween programming.
