DC Comics Roll Out Even More Titles for ‘Next Level’ Series

It’s not The DC Explosion of the 1970s, but DC’s Next Level initiative is certainly adding a ton of titles to the comic landscape in 2026!

DC spotlighted three new Next Level titles at the ComicsPro conference in Glendale, CA on February 19 in the form of Barbara Gordon: Breakout by Mariko Tamaki and Amancay Nahuelpan (May 2026), The Deadman by W. Maxwell Prince and Martín Morazzo (June 2026), and Teen Titans by Kyle Higgins and Daniele Di Nicuolo (summer 2026).

The new Teen Titans series leads off with the Red Hood discovering a network of missing powered teens that he leads into action.

New Next Level titles are also on the way, including Legion of Super-Heroes, Doom Patrol, Jonah Hex, The Demon, and Batman: Shadow of the Bat.

Previously announced titles include: Lobo #1, Batwoman #1, and Deathstroke: The Terminator #1 (in stores on March 18) followed by The Fury of Firestorm #1 and Zatanna #1 (on April 8 and 29 respectively).
