Following the first successful Kickstarter campaign for Inferno Girl Red: Book One, writer Mat Groom and artist Erica D’Urso return with Book Two of their Japanese tokusatsu/ American superhero amalgam.
We were lucky enough to get to speak to D’Urso about her collaborators (Groom and Kyle Higgins), all aspects of Inferno Girl Red, as well as some exciting work for Marvel on the horizon in this exclusive interview.
In this exclusive interview, we spoke with Groom about the origins of Inferno Girl Red, his artistic collaborator D’Urso and editor/friend Kyle Higgins, Ultraman, and some of his favorite tokusatsu series.
The anniversary issue will feature three new stories, including one by the original creators of Darkhawk, writer Danny Fingeroth and artist Mike Manley.
