Matt Murdock leaves New York behind and starts a new pairing with the Black Widow in the reissued Daredevil: A Woman Called Widow Epic Collection.
The Epic Collection (originally released in 2019) collects Daredevil #64-86 and a crossover in Iron Man #35-36 involving both heroes, Nick Fury, and the Zodiac.
The stories in the collection are written by Roy Thomas, Gary Friedrich, and Gerry Conway, with art by Gene Colan, Don Heck, Alan Weiss, Barry Windsor-Smith, Bill Everett, Syd Shores, Tom Palmer, Jack Abel, and Mike Esposito.
Daredevil starts his first stint in San Francisco before wrapping things up in NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen, tackling some court cases and bizarre villains such as Stunt-Man, Stilt-Man, Kragg, the Tribune, Tagak, Lord of the Leopards, El Condor, Man-Bull, and others before beginning a memorable pairing with Black Widow on the West Coast.
The tales from 1970 to 1972 that comprise the Epic Collection consist of 512 pages for a suggested retail price of $49.99.
