Captain America and The Falcon return for more Bronze Age action in the reissued Captain America Vol. 3 Omnibus.
The Captain America Omnibus Vol. 3 collects Captain America #149-192, Giant-Size Captain America #1, and FOOM #8, starring the Star-Spangled Avenger and his flying partner, The Falcon. The Omnibus focuses heavily on Steve Englehart and Sal Buscema’s historic run on the title as Cap opposes Doctor Faustus, Yellow Claw, S.H.I.E.L.D., and the Captain America and Bucky of the 1950s.
Englehart and Buscema’s most famous storyline where Cap becomes disillusioned with the direction his country is headed and gives up the identity of Captain America and adopts the new alias of Nomad is also included in this volume.
Other writers and artists whose work is collected in Captain America Omnibus Vol. 3 include Gerry Conway, Steve Gerber, Roy Thomas, John Romita, Gil Kane, and Frank Robbins.
The Omnibus was previously released in 2021.
Captain America Omnibus Vol. 3 consists of 976 pages for a suggested retail price of $125.00.
