‘Back to the Future: 35th Anniversary Trilogy’ 4K Ultra HD Set Coming This October

The 1980’s are as hot as ever as every drive-in theater in the country, and I’m sure that many fans are pulling out their dusty old dvd and blu-rays discs to enjoy some cinema at home.

And just in case you couldn’t locate those old editions, you are about to have the opportunity to invest in a more futuristic model, namely the upcoming Back to the Future: 35th Anniversary Limited Edition Trilogy 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray set.

Just in time for  Back to the Future Day on October 21, the new set will include all three movies in a variety of collectible packages, and all editions will contain a bonus disc featuring all-new content.

The bonus disc contains over an hour of new extras, including rare audition footage from Hollywood stars Ben Stiller, Kyra Sedgwick, Jon Cryer, Billy Zane, Peter DeLuise, and C. Thomas Howell. There will also be a tour of the film’s props and memorabilia hosted by co-writer and producer Bob Gale, a sneak peek at the new Back to the Future-inspired musical, and a special episode of the YouTube Series “Could You Survive The Movies?”

Amazon, Target, and Best Buy will all offer extra-limited edition versions of the collection. The Amazon and Target editions will include an exclusive levitating Hoverboard replica and Best Buy will offer not one, but three newly designed steelbooks.
