Although people outside of California will have to wait a little longer, the highly anticipated Avengers Campus section of Disneyland’s California Adventure will open for residents of The Golden State on June 4.
The new Marvel-themed land will consist of a number of rides, experiences, shops, and dining locations. Joining the previous reworking of Tower of Terror, Guardians of the Galaxy-Mission Breakout, will be the first Spider-Man themed ride in a Disney Park, Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure (not to be confused with Universal Studios Islands of Adventure The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man attraction in Florida).

The new “family-friendly” ride will feature the current “web slinger” Tom Holland as riders enlist in the Worldwide Engineering Brigade (WEB) “...to invent new technologies and equip everyday people to become Super Heroes like the Avengers.” Along the way, fans will be able to use their new web abilities to step into the shoes of the red and blue suited wall crawler on an all-ages adventure.
Avengers Campus will also allow guests to eat at two Avengers-themed restaurants and one food cart: Pym Test Kitchen, Shawarma Palace, and The Collector, Taneleer Tivan’s Terran Treats. Pym Test Kitchen will offer a variety of meals infused with Pym-particles to either shrink or expand a variety of offerings such as meatballs and paninis.

Shopping for all of your Marvel goods will also be made possible at Campus Supply Pod and WEB Suppliers, offering exclusive merchandise.
