The re-issued Amazing Spider-Man: Great Responsibility Epic Collection captures the second set of Stan Lee and Steve Ditko magic, establishing the blue print for all future Spider-Man stories.
The tales from 1964 to 1966 featured in The Amazing Spider-Man #18-38 and The Amazing Spider-Man Annual #2 contain the first appearance of Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker’s high-school graduation, and battles with the Green Goblin, the Sandman, the Scorpion, the Beetle, Doctor Octopus, the Vulture, Kraven the Hunter, and the Molten Man.
Spidey also teams up with Doctor Strange and the Human Torch in the collection.
The Epic Collection was originally released in 2016 and 2019.
Great Responsibility consists of 504 pages for a suggested retail price of $49.99.
