Collin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing (collectively known as “Hivemind”) are joined by artist Geraldo Borges for a brand new Thunderbolts series this December.
Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier, leads the new team consisting of Black Widow, Sharon Carter, White Widow, Red Guardian, U.S. Agent, and Shang-Chi. Barnes will be taking orders from the morally ambiguous Contessa Valentina Allegra De Fontaine, as the rough-and-tumble group tackles high-profile targets like the Red Skull, Kingpin, and Doctor Doom.
Kelly and Lanzing are excited to work with Borges on the new series and said “Alongside our old friend Geraldo Borges, we’re taking this opportunity to tell a very different kind of team book. This is a whole new era for the Thunderbolts and it starts with a four-part espionage epic, an ever-shifting cast and a single overarching goal: to tear down a century of Nazi evil with justice like lightning.”
