The insidious agency that tortured Wolverine is back in the latest Wolverine Epic Collection titled The Return of Weapon X.
The Return of Weapon X collects Wolverine #159-172 and Wolverine Annual 2000 and 2001 by Frank Tieri, Matt Nixon, Sean Chen, Norm Rapmund, Dan Fraga, Jorge Santamaria, Nathan Massengill, Matthew Marsilia, and Victor Llamas.
The stories from the turn of the 20th Century include the title showdown between Weapon X and Wolvie, as well as appearances by some obscure and not so obscure villains such as Mr. X, Bloodscream, Mauvais, Wendigo, and Ogun, and a Bloodsport-style tournament in Madripoor featuring some of the baddest men in the Marvel Universe. Wolverine gets some help in the collection from fellow Canadians Alpha Flight and his X-Men compatriot the Beast.
Wolverine: The Return of Weapon X consists of 448 pages for a suggested retail price of $44.99.
