1992’s buddy comedy/superhero team-up, Archer & Armstrong, returns to book shelves everywhere in a new Valiant Classic Collection edition.
The new trade paperback collection contains the first thirteen issues of Archer & Armstrong (#0-12) by Barry Windsor-Smith, Jim Shooter, Bob Layton, Bob Wiacek, Bernard Chang, John Floyd, and Art Nichols.
The unlikely pairing of the master martial artist Archer and the immortal strongman Armstrong resulted in some of the funniest comics of the early 90s by some legendary creators, and helped to establish Valiant as a strong independent publisher and “Big Two” alternative.
The Valiant Classic Collection: Archer & Armstrong Revival consists of 366 pages for a suggested retail price of $39.99
The collection is currently available at your local comic shop and will hit book store shelves on January 16.
