The Micronauts leave their miniature home dimension to explore the Marvel Universe proper in their latest Epic Collection.
The Micronauts: This Battlefield, Earth collects The Micronauts #36-50 by Bill Mantlo, Gil Kane, Jackson “Butch” Guice, Keith Giffen, Steve Ditko, Luke McDonnell, Mike Vosburg, Greg LaRocque, John Garcia, Danny Bulanadi, Carl Potts, Al Milgrom, Carl Potts, and Jack Abel.
The diminutive Micronauts make their return to the larger Marvel Universe in the X-Men’s Danger Room, along with the metamorph Huntarr. Other highlights include a comic book store battle against Doctor Doom, a team-up with the Wasp, and deadly encounters with villains such as Computrex, Professor Prometheus, and Prince Argon.
All of your favorite Micronauts such as Commander Rann, Princess Mari, Microtron, Biotron, Acroyear, and Bug are back in action, along with new members of the team Devil and his companion Fireflyte.
The first Micronauts Epic Collection was released in July, the second in September, and all of the Marvel stories were previously collected in a series of three Omnibus editions.
This Battlefield, Earth consists of 488 pages for a suggested retail price of $54.99.
