The Micronauts: The Original Marvel Years Omnibus Vol. 2 picks up where the first volume left off and collects The Micronauts #30-54 by Bill Mantlo, Pat Broderick, Gil Kane, Jackson “Butch” Guice, Val Mayerik, Keith Giffen, Greg LaRocque, John Garcia, Steve Ditko, Luke McDonnell, Mike Vosburg, Hawkins, Ed Hannigan, Danny Bulanadi, Carl Potts, Al Milgrom, Jack Abel, Kelley Jones, Bob Wiacek, P. Craig Russell, and Rick Bryant.
The stories in the Omnibus have never been reprinted before and contain the six-part origin of the Microverse, as well as Commander Rann and team’s quest (along with some help from Doctor Strange) to secure the three keys before the mad King Argon grabs them, a trip to the X-Men’s Danger Room, and the return of Baron Karza.
New members of the team include the furry Devil and his companion Fireflyte.
The Micronauts Omnibus Vol. 2 consists of 888 pages for a suggested retail price of $125.00.
Fans can choose between the standard Michael Golden cover and comics shop variants by Bob Layton and Gil Kane.
