TerrifiCon 2024: The Conskipper Report

TerrifiCon took over Mohegan Sun throughout the weekend with a simply incredible show. New England comic fans were treated to an all-star lineup of guests including Jim Lee, Greg Capullo, Adam Hughes, Erik Larsen, Terry Dodson, and many more, making TerrifiCon the destination for serious comic collectors and pop culture fans alike. They deliver a knockout show every year, but something about this year’s guest list made the weekend even more special.

Fans arrived early to queue up at artists’ tables for autographs and sketches and scoop up all of the great deals at the vendor booths. The word has gotten out to artists far and wide about TerrifiCon’s stellar reputation, and many artists came prepared with original comic art and pre-drawn sketches for sale to eager collectors. The vendor booths offered something for everyone, featuring an eclectic mix of comic art, Lego pieces, statues toys, video games, custom pins and stickers and more. There was something for everyone at TerrifiCon 2024!

Jim Lee was the star of the show on Saturday for comic fans, making his way through a massive line for autographs and photo ops with a smile on his face as he greeted happy fans. The same could be said for other titans of the industry such as Chris Claremont and Howard Chaykin. For film and television fans, guests were treated to such actors as Charlie Cox and Cobie Smulders.

We here at Conskipper were at the event to bring you photos of this great convention in action!
