Ta-Hehisi Coates’ entire run on Captain America is now available in one star-spangled Omnibus.
The Captain America by Ta-Nehisi Coates Omnibus includes his entire run from 2018-2021 (the ninth Captain America series consisting of 30 issues) with art by Leinil Francis Yu, Gerry Alanguilan, Adam Kubert, Jason Masters, Niko Walter, Jason Masters, Robert Quinn, Lucas Gomes Werneck, Robert Quin, Daniel Acuna, Leonard Kirk, and Michael Cho.
Coates run began directly after the controversial “Secret Empire” storyline that began with Steve Rogers betraying the US of A in favor of a Hydra-led nation. Eventually, the truth came out that Cap was no traitor, but Coates’s story picks up with a country questioning if Cap is still an actual Hydra operative and with Cap himself questioning if there is any future for him and his tarnished legacy in a fractured America.
The Captain America by Ta-Nehisi Coates Omnibus consists of 696 pages with a suggested retail price of $100.00.
