What the heck is Archie Andrews doing in Hell?!?
Yes, it appears that Archie of Riverdale fame is being sent to the Inferno this fall in Patrick Horvath and Tyler Crook’s new Oni Press series Archie in Hell.
The story opens in Riverdale when a Satanic cult shows up to conjure a demon lord by sacrificing multiple citizens from the All-American town, with Archie right at the top of their hit list. Things get even more complicated when the cult quickly realizes that Riverdale has its own share of supernatural isssues (and protectors) and Archie soon finds himself in the middle of an even bigger mess.
Archie in Hell #1 arrives at your local comic book shop on November 4 with a number of variant covers, includign the third “Pyre Satanic” variant cover by Chloe Brailsford. Brailsford previously provided “Pyre Satanic” covers for Archie #1 and Sabrina the Teenage Witch #1.
