New Seasons of ‘Halloween Baking Championship’ and ‘Halloween Wars’ Back for 2025 Halloween Festivities

Two of the Food Network’s most popular series are back once again for the 2025 Halloween season, offering delectable and frightening desserts for all.

Halloween Baking Championship is up first on Monday, September 15 at 9pm ET/PT, hosted once again by John Henson and set in a haunted mansion. Judges Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall, and Zac Young are also back for the spooky fun and to choose this year’s Halloween Baking Champion (and winner of the $25,000 prize).

Halloween Wars returns on Sunday, September 21 at 9pm ET/PT, hosted by Jonathan Bennett, who once again guides teams of cake, sugar and pumpkin-carving artists through a series of horror-inspired, mostly edible displays. Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira rejoin Bennett to determine the winning team (and the $25,000 team prize).

“Halloween Baking Championship and Halloween Wars kick off Food Network’s must-see, seasonal programming each year in spectacular fashion, consistently ranking among the network’s top audience drivers,” said Betsy Ayala, Head of Content, Food, Warner Bros Discovery. “This season promises more scares and heart-pounding action as the competing artists do what they do best, conjure jaw-dropping and terrifying creations from flour, sugar and their imaginations.”

If you miss any of the episodes on Sunday or Monday, both series will stream the next day on HBO Max.
